Associate Professor Gulapar Srisawasdi is a physiatrist working as a medical instructor at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. After finishing the rehabilitation medicine training program, she continued her study in Electrodiagnostic Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin, USA. She also earned a Board Certification in Pedorthics from the USA and became the first Certified Pedorthist in Thailand.

Her special interests include conservative management of common foot problems especially diabetic foot problems. Currently she is a Deputy Chair of the Siriraj Diabetes Center and coordinator of the Siriraj Interdisciplinary Diabetic Lower Extremity Care Team. She is also a Board member of the Diabetic Foot Club of Thailand. Internationally, she is a Board member of the Asia Pacific Association on Diabetic Limb Problems, and regional chair, country representative, and former Vice-President of the D-Foot International. She has been an invited speaker in many occasions both national and international levels.
